FAQ

Are the products genuine?
Yes, all our perfumes are 100% genuine and sourced directly from trusted brands and suppliers.

Do perfumes expire?
No, perfumes don’t truly expire. While they carry an expiry date due to legal regulations, if stored properly in a cool, dark place away from sunlight and heat, they can last for many years without losing their scent or quality.

Do you offer free delivery?
Yes! Orders within Malta are free for purchases of €50 or more. For orders under €50, a shipping fee of €4 applies. Deliveries to Gozo have a flat shipping fee of €4.50

Ordering & Shipping
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

How long do your perfumes last on the skin?
Most of our perfumes last between 6–12 hours depending on skin type and environment. Applying to pulse points can help the fragrance last longer.

What’s the difference between Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, and Elixir?
Eau de Parfum (EDP): Richer scent, lasts longer (6–12 hrs)
Eau de Toilette (EDT): Lighter, more subtle, lasts around 4–6 hrs
Elixir: Highly concentrated, long-lasting, and often more intense

Can I return or exchange a perfume?
For hygiene reasons, we don’t accept returns of opened perfumes. Unopened items can be returned within 14 days.

Why Don’t You Have the Full Collection?

Because not every perfume meets our quality standards. Many brands—especially large ones like Lattafa—release a wide variety of perfumes, and while some are excellent, not all of them perform well.

Before adding any perfume to our collection, we test it for longevity (how long the scent lasts), sillage (how well the scent projects), and the overall quality of the blend (how smooth and well-constructed the fragrance is). Only the perfumes that pass our quality checks are selected.

This ensures that every fragrance we offer is worth your purchase.
