Return & Refund Policy

Customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving their order.

To request a return or withdrawal, please contact us or use the return/cancellation request feature available on our website.

Returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are responsible for returning items to us at their own expense. We do not offer collection services for returned goods.

For hygiene and health protection reasons, we cannot accept returns of perfumes, cosmetics, haircare, skincare, or other beauty products that have been opened, used, or unsealed.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.
